Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour

2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder

1 scoop protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)

1 egg white

1 egg

4 tablespoons butter, softened

4 tablespoons melted coconut oil

9 ounces low-carb baking chocolate chunks

1/3 cup xylitol

1/2 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum-free)

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium-sized bowl, first, mix together all dry ingredients. Then add the eggs and beat with a blender or mixer until thoroughly combined.
